We are seeking an experienced SAP Commerce Architect for an Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing Company. This role centers on designing, optimizing, and deploying solutions that support advanced analytics, seamless integrations, and efficient operations within the commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions within SAP Commerce Cloud, proposing alternatives when out-of-the-box capabilities aren't optimal.
- Translate user stories into technical requirements, facilitating discussions with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding and detail.
- Develop, test, and deploy SAP Commerce Cloud and Order Management systems while acting as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with IT, business teams, and external partners to transform requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Coordinate quality assurance and testing processes, identifying risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage version control, upgrades, and change management for SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Provide user-friendly documentation and training for business partners and ensure technical clarity for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud, including catalog and search design, integration with multiple ERP systems, and storefront launch.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP middleware (CPI), Hybris tools, and integration methods.
- Experience with ECC/S4C/C4C integrations and Commerce Cloud components (e.g., Solr, SmartEdit, BackOffice).
